1. SEARCH AND PICK YOUR HOME

First, search for your desired location. Pick a home you like and submit a booking request. You are welcome to include a personal message with additional details to allow us personalize your stay. We match each home based on your needs, fitting it for you, your stay, and your lifestyle ensuring an amazing stay wherever you choose. If you need help solidifying your final choice, our team will be with you every step of the way. We’ll help narrow down your options and even talk through some personalized added features to include within your stay.

2. COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION

We’re almost done! In order to fully complete your reservation, we’ll send over our online contract for you to sign. Payment will then be processed following the highest standards of safety and encrypted security. Don’t worry, it’s a super easy process and our team will guide you through it all. To guarantee a simplified process, we accept all types of payment (credit card, transfer, check). Choose whichever you feel most comfortable with and we’ll be on our way!

3. MEET YOUR POINT OF CONTACT

Once your stay is reserved, you’ll be given one of our Craftstay experts to be your main point of contact. Our team and our company take pride in going the extra mile for each of our residents. We never want to make you feel like you’re on your own. Your point of contact is there through any questions, concerns, or additional needs that may arise. We have 24 hour support in case anything comes up. Don’t hesitate to reach out!

4. RECEIVE ALL CHECK-IN INFORMATION

Last step! Once your stay is reserved and your main point of contact has been introduced, all that’s left is for you to get your check-in details! All check-in information is sent closer to your actual arrival date, so don’t panic if you don’t see an email with all the tiny details about your arrival immediately after you book… Everything will be sent soon enough, no worries. You’ll be able to check yourself in quickly, seamlessly, and be relaxing inside your beautiful apartment in no time. And of course, if you have any questions, your point of contact is there 24/7 to guide you through it all.
